After his latest inheritance, Ajay Jadeja is now estimated to be worth more than ₹1,450 crore, a staggering amount that makes him wealthier than Virat Kohli, who is estimated to be worth around ₹1,000 crore.

Ajay Jadeja's massive fortune comes from a combination of royal inheritance and his career post-retirement. On the other hand, Kohli's wealth is fuelled by multiple streams, including his ₹15 crore annual IPL salary paid by the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), along with per-match fees from international cricket. As a member of the Indian team's elite "A+" category, Kohli earns ₹7 crore annually, with additional match fees of ₹15 lakh for Tests, ₹6 lakh for ODIs, and ₹3 lakh for T20Is.

As a modern-day athlete, Virat Kohli also enjoys a massive cash flow from endorsements and social media. With a huge following among RCB and Team India fans, he reportedly commands between ₹2-9 crore per Instagram post, working with brands like Puma, HSBC, and Audi.

Meanwhile, Jadeja's financial portfolio extends beyond his royal inheritance. He has built a significant income source by mentoring cricket teams, including the Delhi cricket team in 2015 and the Afghanistan team during the 2023 ICC Men's World Cup.

He also works as a cricket analyst and commentator for major channels such as Aajtak and NDTV, as well as an IPL commentator for Sony. Jadeja further diversified his career with appearances in Bollywood films and reality TV shows. He has appeared alongside Bollywood actors such as Sunny Deol in the movie 'Khel', and took part in the dance show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa.
