Babar Azam had a moment of comical error during the four-day warm-up match between Pakistan and an Australian team at Manuka Oval in Canberra. The incident happened during the third day of the match while Pakistan was fielding.
Matt Renshaw was on the crease at 47 not out and got himself to half-century by taking three runs off spinner Abrar Ahmed with an elegant on-drive. However, Renshaw was able to add four more runs to his name with Babar Azam making a bad throw to the wicket-keeper's end.

The former Pakistan captain, who came to cover the stumps at the non-striker's end for a throw from the deep, made a judgment error in throwing the ball towards keeper Sarfaraz Ahmed in haste during the match against the Australian PM XI. Watch the video in the embed below
The poor throw bounced right in front of the gloveman, who couldn't collect the ball and had to watch it go past him for an overthrow of four runs, granting Renshaw seven runs in total. The Australian PM's XI began the day at 149-2 and kept up their impressive form, finishing the day at 367-4 after 141 overs in response to Pakistan's 391/9.
It wasn't a bad day for Pakistan fielding-wise as Mir Hamza took a stunning catch during the match. The fielder took a diving catch on mid-on of Nathan McSweeney off the bowling of Imam-ul-Haq. Watch the video in the embed below:
