Rashid Khan wowed the crowd with a helicopter shot, reminiscent of MS Dhoni's signature move, during The Hundred 2024 match between Welsh Fire and Trent Rockets on Saturday.

Luke Wells was the bowler who faced Rashid's impressive wrist work. Tom Kohler-Cadmore tried his best to stop the six near the boundary but couldn't succeed despite his valiant effort.

It was an excellent shot from the Afghan player, whose strike will remind one of former India captain MS Dhoni. The strike didn't have a lot of elevation but it was enough to beat Kohler-Cadmore, who couldn't prevent the ball going for a maximum despite a jump at Long-off.

Despite Rashid's exciting cameo, which included a six and a four in his 8-ball 13, Trent Rockets fell short in their chase of 130 runs. They ended their innings at 125/8, with Alex Hales being the top scorer for the team with a quick 16-ball 23.

Earlier in the match, Jonny Bairstow stood out with a solid performance, scoring 55 runs off 45 balls for Welsh Fire. His efforts helped his team post a total of 129/6 on what was a challenging pitch to bat on. Bairstow's innings earned him the Player Of The Match award.

For Trent Rockets, Imad Wasim and Sam Cook were notable with the ball, each taking two wickets. However, their efforts weren't enough to secure a win for their team.

The match saw some thrilling moments, especially Rashid Khan's helicopter shot that brought back memories of MS Dhoni's iconic hits. Despite the loss, fans were treated to an entertaining game filled with remarkable performances.
