Cricket Australia (CA) has unveiled the list of overseas player nominations for the upcoming Women's Big Bash League (BBL) 14 draft, which is scheduled to be held in Melbourne on Sunday (September 1).
The WBBL 2024 draft will see the eight teams - Melbourne Stars, Melbourne Renegades, Sydney Thunder, Hobart Hurricanes, Adelaide Strikers, Brisbane Heat, Perth Scorchers, Sydney Sixers - look to secure overseas players for the 2024-25 season.

A total of 161 players from 23 countries have put their names forward, showcasing the global appeal and talent pool for the prestigious T20 competition in Australia. International talents from India, England, Pakistan, New Zealand, West Indies and South Africa dominate the list.
This year's draft will also feature players even from associate nations, highlighting the growing reach and excitement surrounding the Big Bash League as players from South Korea, Vanuatu, USA, UAE, Indonesia and Canada have registered their names for the draft process.
England players dominate the list with 45 nominations followed by India with 19 players, featuring the likes of Harmanpreet Kaur, Deepti Sharma, Shreyanka Patil, Asha Sobhana and Radha Yadav among others.
South Africa and New Zealand with 15 players each are the next most representations on the list, and Pakistan, who have 11 players entering the draft. Here is a look at the WBBL Draft 2024 player nominations full list:
