"“We Have Learned...": Babar Azam Reacts to Peshawar Zalmi’s Unbeaten PSL Run
Peshawar Zalmi captain Babar Azam has expressed confidence in sustaining his team's strong run of form after their latest victory in Pakistan Super League (PSL) 11.
Zalmi continued their unbeaten streak with a 24-run win over Multan Sultans, marking their fifth victory of the season and strengthening their hold at the top of the points table. The win further underlined the team's consistency across departments as the tournament progresses.

Kusal Mendis starred with the bat, scoring a crucial 68, while Sufiyan Muqeem delivered with the ball, claiming three wickets to help seal the result.
Babar praises team effort behind winning momentum
Speaking to the media after the match, Babar credited the collective effort of his players for the team's consistent performances.
"I am thoroughly enjoying playing this season. Our players are working hard in every department," he told reporters.
"The plan is for the top three batters to provide a strong start, after which the other players should take the score forward," Babar revealed.
The Zalmi skipper emphasised the importance of consistency and learning from previous setbacks.
"Our effort is to perform well in every match. We have learned a lot from our mistakes," Babar maintained.
Babar also highlighted the importance of adjusting to changing match conditions, noting that adaptability remains a key factor in maintaining their winning run.
"The aim is to maintain the strong performances from the last five matches. It is my opinion that conditions are not the same every day, and it is not easy to understand conditions on a daily basis."
Partnerships crucial in managing strike rate pressure
Addressing questions around strike rate, Babar acknowledged that maintaining scoring tempo can be challenging at times and stressed the importance of partnerships in stabilising innings.
"We have to play according to the team's requirements. I know if I am coming in the power play, I have to utilize the fielding restrictions."
"Sometimes it is not easy to maintain the strike rate. Partnerships are for this purpose because if one batter is struggling, then the other could assist him," he concluded.
