West Indies comes out to goodbye their ''Prince'' Lara

Bridgetown, Barbados, Apr 21(UNI) The West Indies today came out in full force to bid adieu to their beloved ''Prince'' Brian Lara who would play the last international match of his career in a Super Eight encounter of the cricket World Cup against England here.

Since early morning there have been hundreds of people of on the road of Bridgetown trying to make into Kensington Oval to see Lara play the last international match of his life.

Most of them will not be able to see the match as the tickets have long been sold out although organisers did manage to sell some popular 50 dollar tickets yesterday but that was also grabbled within hours of going into sale online as well as through counter.

''50 dollar is a big money for most of the people of Barbados but that will not stop me from seeing Lara for the last time,'' said Ken Rox, a small time bar owner from the Western side of the Island who got a ticket last night.

Today,it is expected to see the biggest crowd of the World Cup so far as most ordinary West Indians stayed away from stadia because of steep ticket prices.
