What are Indian cricketers doing post WTC Final loss: 'Chilling in Europe, meeting astrologer, watching Ashes'

The members of the India team which lost the World Test Championship (WTC) final against Australia by 209 runs have got a rare free time at their disposal and they are making the most of it.

India's all-format tour of the West Indies starts from July 12 with the first Test in Dominica. The squad for the Test, ODI and T20I series is yet to be announced.

Just one cricketer from the 15-member squad and the three travelling reserves is on field and in action. Ravichandran Ashwin, who was shockingly not included in the eleven, is back in India and has already played a match for his TNPL side Dindigul Dragons in the Tamil Nadu Premier League 2023.

KS Bharat has been named in the South Zone squad for the Duleep Trophy which starts this month, however, his whereabouts are unknown. There are no updates on Virat Kohli, Ishan Kishan, Mohammed Shami, Mohammed Siraj and Shardul Thakur as well.
