In Yesterday's ICC World Cup 2023 Match, South Africa took on Netherlands at the HPCA Stadium in Dharamshala.
The Dutch were coming into the match with two defeats, while South Africa won their first two matches. But in an astonishing way, the Netherlands side have registered their first victory of the World Cup 2023 with a huge 38-run win over South Africa.

This was a rain-marred match was curtailed to 43 overs per side. Netherlands batted first and managed to score 245/8 in their 43 overs. It was a late flurry from captain Scott Edwards (78 off 69), Roelof van der Merwe (29 off 19) and Aryan Dutt(23 off 9) which took them to a fantastic total after struggling at 140 for 7 at one stage.
In reply, South Africa had stutters as their top and middle-order crumbled in front of some decent Dutch bowling. Logan van Beek picked up 3 wickets, while Bas de Leede, Roelof van der Merwe and Paul van Meekeren got two wickets each. David Miller (43) and Keshav Maharaj (40) tried their best but it was not enough as they were bundled out for 207 runs.
