Gujarat Titans scored 214/4 in their 20 overs. A rain interruption meant the chase was curtailed to 15 overs and the revised target was 171 for CSK. And MS Dhoni's side won the match in the final ball as Ravindra Jadeja hit a boundary off Mohit Sharma.
Gujarat Titans batter Sai Sudharsan scored the most number of runs in the match. He scored 96 runs off just 47 balls in the match.
Gujarat Titans bowler Mohit Sharma picked up the highest number of wickets in the match with 3 scalps to his name. Mohit had a figure of 3/36 in his three overs, and ended up with 27 wickets in the season.
GT batter Sai Sudharsan cleared the fence the most times. His inning of 96 runs had 6 sixes.
