Rilee Rossouw walked in at three and scored 26 off 16, before Shashank Singh hammered unbeaten 68 off 28. Bairtsow and Shashank partnered for unbeaten 84 runs off just 37 balls.

KKR are still the second-ranked team in the 10-team IPL 2024 table. They have now lost three of their eight games. PBKS jumped a spot to pip Mumbai Indians (MI) and occupy the eighth spot. They have won three of their nine games.
