India batting coach Abhishek Nayar kept India's team combination under the carpet in the press conference ahead of the second Test against Bangladesh in Kanpur from Friday, September 27.
Nayar was asked about the chances of local boy Kuldeep Yadav getting a place in the India playing eleven when he said it will all depend on the conditions on the day of the match. He added that the India were also unaware about the surface they will play on at the Green Park. Understandably, two pitches have been prepared for the series-decider.

"I can't give you the playing XI right now. Everyone is available. Don't know which surface we are going to play on yet. Conditions would be a big factor in deciding the team combination: Abhishek Nayar. Conditions have changed here so much, we expect a sunny day here tomorrow," Abhishek Nayar said in the press conference ahead of the match.
It remained overcast in Kanpur on Thursday, a day ahead of the Test match, and there are good chances of rain on Day 1 and Day 2. The cloud covers will remain over the ground as per AccuWeather.
India played with three pacers and two spinners in the Chennai Test which was played on red soil pitch. Pacers from both the teams got reasonable help in the match which India won by 280 runs.
But black soil pitches have been prepared in Kanpur. It is expected to help the pacers initially but the spinners will dictate the terms after Day 2. The bounce is expected to be low, and spinners would get help as the track slows down. Also, India spinners picked 17 out of 19 wickets when they last played a Test match at this venue.
Therefore, chances of Kuldeep Yadav to play on his home ground is high. He was also seen toiling hard during the team's practice session in Kanpur.
