World Cup 2015: India make it 5-3 against West Indies in WC

Perth, Feb 23: Defending champions India beat former champions West Indies in their fourth match of the 2015 World Cup at the WACA ground here on March 6. The two teams have met eight times in World Cup since 1979 with India winning five of those encounters, including the historic final of the 1983 edition at the Lord's. The Caribbeans have won three matches. India a completed a hat-trick of victories over the West Indies in the World Cup by winning in the 1996, 2011 and 2015.
