England pacer Jofra Archer is back training with England squad and was seen bowling in the nets ahead of the team's third ODI against New Zealand at the Kennington Oval in London.
Archer, who has been out of action since the IPL 2023 due to recurrence of a stress fracture to his right elbow, hasn't been named in England provisional 15-member squad for the upcoming World Cup 2023.

The injury allowed him to play only five matches for Mumbai Indians (MI) in the IPL 2023. After his last outing on May 6, the 28-year-old was ruled out for the entirety of English summer including the 5-Test Ashes series against Australia.
On Tuesday, Archer was seen bowling with good pace in front of ECB's director of cricket Rob Key and new assistant coach Andrew Flintoff.
England selector Luke Wright did not out chances of Archer playing in the World Cup 2023. He said the pacer is highly unlikely to feature in the first few matches but could feature in the back-end in case there is an unfortunate injury to any player.
“I don’t think we can, unfortunately, have him in the squad to start with. Best-case scenario for Jof really at the moment would probably be [that he is] available for the back-end of the tournament. That’s best-case scenario, which obviously, in a squad of 15, is going to leave us quite light," Luke Wight had said.
“The last thing we want to do is really to put a massive time [limit] on him and try to push him and force him into playing before he does [feel ready]. We’ve got to get him right, first and foremost.
“But is there an opportunity or a place where potentially he could play at the back-end of a tournament, if all things go well and there was an injury? Yes, there’s a potential chance. But obviously, a lot of things have still got to go right with this rehab before then," Wright had added.
Archer would first have to be named as a travelling reserve to be on the flight to India and then fancy a chance of replacing an injured player.
