The World Cup 2023 fixtures are out and as many as 10 cities in India are set to host the 10 teams participating in the ICC event which will kick off from October 5.
Each team will play against each other once and the top four teams after the round robin phase will advance into the semi-finals. The final will be held on November 19 at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.

India will play their matches at all the 10 venues except Hyderabad. They will kick off their campaign against Australia on October 8 against Australia in Chennai. Bengaluru is scheduled to host them in their last round robin match on November 11.
Virat Kohli, the former India captain, is expected to play a key role for India once again. The star batter will turn 35 on November 5 this year and in all likelihood it will be the last ODI World Cup of his career.
Incidentally, Kohli's first World Cup was also in India. He was part of the MS Dhoni-led team which won the World Cup 2011 in India. India have been waiting for a world title since then in both the formats. The team reached the semi-final of 2015 and 2019 ODI World Cups but failed to travel the distance.
As India gear up to end their 11-year-old drought for a World Cup title, let's have a look at the stats and records of Virat Kohli, their batting mainstay, at all the nine venues which will host India.
