Pakistani TV presenter Zainab Abbas has been deported out of India for her derogatory remarks on India and Hindu religion.
Zainab Abbas came to India as an official presenter for the World Cup 2023, but has now found herself out of the country for her anti-Hindu comments on social media. Supreme Court advocate Vineet Jindal complained against her and launched an FIR to Delhi Police and also wrote a letter to BCCI secretary Jay Shah.

And as the Pakistani presenter has been deported, Advocate Vineet Jindal says Mykhel, "Yes I am happy. The person who made derogative and provocative comments against our country and Hindu religion. This person shouldn't have been taken as a guest in India, as an Athithi Devo Bhava, which is our culture."
"She has run away from India now. That is a message to the World that if a person makes any derogative comments to my country and religion, they will face the consequences like Zainab Abbas faced," the Supreme Court advocate added.
"I don't know that. As per my information, she has been advised to get back to her country because of legal issues that would have been induced due to my complaint.
There have also been reports running around of some articles missing from the hotel room where Zainab Abbas was staying. Reports have said one Bedsheet, 1 toilet roll, six spoons, and two small plates are missing from the room.
When asked about that, Jindal couldn't confirm the news but said it is a shame if a person does so. "I have heard the news but I don't know. I cannot confirm anything but some people have said it to me. But I can't confirm it. But taking something from a hotel room is a depreciation and disappointing," Mr Jindal concluded.
The Indian Foreign Ministry and Home Ministry are yet to offer any visas to Pakistani fans and journalists. Several Pakistan fans wish to travel to India to cheer and support their team in the ongoing global cricket extravaganza.
The scribes are also awaiting approval to cover the quadrennial showpiece and the PCB has raised its concern with the ICC and Pakistan Foreign Secretary over the delay. The board has also asked the Pakistan High Commission to bring it to the notice of the Indian government.
