UP Warriorz made strategic moves during the Women's Premier League (WPL) auction, securing key players for their team. English batter Dani Wyatt was successfully acquired at her base price of 30 lakhs, with no competition from other bidders.
Vrinda Dinesh became the most expensive uncapped player in the WPL as a three-way bidding war unfolded between up warriorz, Royal Challengers, and UP Warriorz.
Eventually, UP Warriorz emerged victorious, securing Vrinda's services for a substantial 1.30 crores. Poonam Khemnar joined UP Warriorz at her base price of 10.00 lakh. In the eighth set, UP Warriorz made another purchase, adding Saima Thakor to their squad at the base price of 10.00 lakh.
