The Women's Premier League (WPL) 2025 has reached the climax stage as teams look to seal their spots for the Playoffs, which is scheduled to take place next week at the Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai after the league stage action ends on March 11.

As a five-team league, only the top three progress to the playoffs and will play their respective fixtures based on where they finish in the WPL 2025 points table. Two matches will be played in the playoff stages - Eliminator and then the all important final.

Delhi Capitals became the first team to qualify for WPL 2025 Playoffs

The first placed team will earn a direct entry into the final, while the second and third placed teams will battle in the lone eliminator to book their spots for the summit clash.

The WPL 2025 is a 5-team tournament in which each team played the remaining four teams in double round-robin format (two matches each) to decide who progress to the playoff stages.

Two-time runners up Delhi Capitals (10 points from 8 matches), inaugural champions Mumbai Indians (8 points from 6 matches) and Gujarat Giants (8 points from 7 matches) have qualified for the WPL Playoffs after confirming a top three finish. GG and MI will fight to take the top spot.
