WTC Points Table 2025-27: India edged out England in a dramatic final Test at The Oval, winning by six runs and squaring the five-match series 2-2. Mohammed Siraj spearheaded India's charge with a stunning fifer along with delivering the final blow by uprooting Gus Atkinson's off-stump, sparking jubilant celebrations.
The match went down to the wire, with England needing just 35 runs and India requiring four wickets at the start of the final day.

Siraj struck early, dismissing Jamie Smith and later removing Overton via a successful review. Prasidh Krishna backed him up by trapping Josh Tongue LBW, leaving England nine down. Chris Woakes walked out with a fractured arm in a moment of grit that recalled cricket folklore, but the tail couldn't take England over the line. With this win, India bagged crucial World Test Championship points.
Australia lead the standings with a PCT of 100, followed by Sri Lanka occupying 66.67. India are presently in 3rd position, while England and Bangladesh are in 4th and 5th positions respectively.
