New Delhi, Nov 13: India's 2011 World Cup hero Yuvraj Singh got engaged to British model and actress Hazel Keech on Diwali in Indonesia's Bali.

The marriage had been a subject of speculation after Hazel accompanied India's all-rounder to the wedding of his teammate Harbhajan Singh recently.

Just after Harbhajan's wedding, Yuvraj had hinted that he'll get engaged to Hazel soon. Reportedly the lovebirds will tie the knot in a traditional ceremony at the Hansaliwale Gurdwara in District Fatehgarh Sahib near Chandigarh. The marriage will take place in February next year.

• The 28-year-old Hazel is a British-born actress
• Her father is from Britain and mother is Mauritian

Bollywood career

• In India, Hazel started her acting career at the age of 18.
• Reportedly, she had come India for holidaying in Mumbai when she was offered some modeling assignments and hazel stayed back.
• She is known for Maya's role in movie Bodyguard which was produced by Atul Agnihotri in 2011.
• One may not have idea that she had started her filmi career in India way back in 2007.
• She had done a Tamil film Billa in 2007, but she was not noticed.
• To give wing to her acting career, Hazel did an item number titled "Aa Ante Amlapuram" in the film Maximum in 2012. But it too failed to give spur to her acting career.
• Apart from Tamil and Hindi movie she has also done Telugu and Punjabi movie.

• Soon to be Yuvraj's wife, Hazel has also done TV commercials and music videos.
• She did music videos as "Kahin Pe Nigahen" and TV commercials, such as Vivel by ITC and Sprite.

• It looks like Salman Khan is her mentor.
• After Bodyguard, Khan once again helped her to get break in Big Boss season-7, though she was nominated and eliminated in the first week itself.
