The inaugural Zim Cyber City Zim Afro T10, organized by Zimbabwe Cricket and T 10 Global Sports, is all set to start with the opening ceremony in Harare on Thursday (July 20) then the league phase begins on Friday (July 21) and the tournament will conclude with the final on July 29.
Zim Afro T10 2023 will see five teams compete for the coveted title in double round-robin matches with the top four teams at the end of the league stage earning an entry into the first-ever Zim Afro T10 league playoffs.

The playoffs will see the top two teams collide in Qualifier 1 with the winner earning a direct entry into the final, and the loser getting another shot at reaching the final via the Qualifier 2, where they will face the winner of the Eliminator, that will see third and fourth place teams do battle.
The league stage takes place from July 20 to July 27, while the playoffs will be held from July 28, starting with the Qualifier 1, Eliminator and Qualifier 2 on July 28, and the final on July 29. All the 24 matches will be played at the Harare Sports Club in Harare.
Harare Hurricanes, Durban Qalandars, Cape Town Samp Army, Bulawayo Braves and the Johannesburg Buffaloes will be the five teams competing in the inaugural edition of the Zim Afro T10.
The tournament will see some of Zimbabwe's top stars as well as rising talents play alongside some international stars, including former India cricketers Robin Uthappa, Irfan Pathan, Yusuf Pathan, S Sreesanth, Parthiv Patel and Stuart Binny.

The Zim Afro T10 2023 will be held at a single venue with three matches hosted in a single day. The tournament starts on July 20 with the opening ceremony followed by the league stage on July 21 and ends with the final on July 29.
On days when there are three matches, the first match will start at 6:30 PM IST followed by the second match at 8:30 PM IST and the last match of the day at 10:30 PM IST.
On double-header days, the first match starts at 8:30 PM IST, while the second match starts at the usual time of 10:30 PM IST. The final will start at 8:30 PM IST on July 29.
Viacom18 has the broadcast rights for Zim Afro T10 in India. Viaplay extra will stream games in the UK while Fox Sports will show the games in Australia. BeIN Sport will telecast the matches in the middle-east. SuperSport will show the matches in South Africa.
