Mavuta showed his talent with the bat too as he scored a half-century while opener Innocent Kaia scored 67 at the top of the order to give the side a good start before Ballance took over.

Spinner Gudakesh Motie was one of the interesting watch among West Indies bowlers from the game as he troubled the hosts with his variation and line and length. Alzarri Joseph, with three wickets, was most effective and could be feeling more confident going into the second game.
