She trains for about 20 hours a week. Her training is guided by national coach Dany Hirs and personal coach Michi Pleus. She maintains numerous routines before competing. Her room must be extremely tidy to ensure she has space and can recover well after the competition. Music helps her stay calm.

She studied Political Science at the University of Zurich in Switzerland. In 2019, she began studying for a master's degree in political science and government at the same university.
