The 2024–25 AFC Champions League Elite (ACL Elite) marks the 43rd edition of Asia's premier club football competition, rebranded with a new format.
The tournament now features 24 teams competing in a league phase before advancing to the knockout stages. This season will see a final stage held in Saudi Arabia from April 25 to May 4, 2025.

The winner will qualify for the 2025 FIFA Intercontinental Cup and FIFA Club World Cup, and also secure a spot in the 2025–26 ACL Elite league stage, if not already qualified through domestic performance.
