The All India Football Federation (AIFF) has announced the winners of its prestigious annual awards, honouring the standout performers in Indian football for the 2024–25 season.

Bose played a pivotal role in guiding MBSG to a historic double- defending their Indian Super League (ISL) Shield and reclaiming the ISL Cup. His standout season saw him score six goals, assist once, and help the team register 13 clean sheets. A mainstay in the national team since Manolo Marquez's appointment, Bose’s impact on both ends of the pitch made him a deserving winner.

Vishal Kaith, who has been a pillar at the Mohun Bagan goal, won the best goalkeeper award, while FC Goa's Brison Fernandes has been handed the Promising Player of the Year award. Jamshedpur FC's head coach Khalid Jamil was bestowed as the men's coach of the year.
