That is it from us. Stay tuned with mykhel.com for the latest coverages of the Al Nassr pre-season friendlies. Till then, this is your host Sauradeep Ash, bidding a Good Bye! Take Care!
Cristiano Ronaldo won't be happy with his own performance as his club suffer their second consecutive defeat in the pre-season. Al Nassr's next match is even daunting as they face PSG on Tuesday in Japan.
That is it. A fantastic pre-season friendly for Benfica who have completed a dominating victory over Al Nassr. Cristiano Ronaldo's Saudi giants were poor and conceded too many goals in the first half. Goals from Angel Di Maria, Goncalo Ramos (2) and Andreas Schjelderup were enough for Benfica.
We are just five minutes from the conclusion. Benfica are pushing for a fifth and Al Nassr are hovering around to find one more consolation goal. Cristiano Ronaldo's presence is not enough for them as Benfica has looked way above the Saudi club.
Check Out the fourth goal for Benfica as Andreas Schjelderup scored with a simple finish from close range.

In case you were wondering why Benfica haven't looked as sharp as they were in the first. They made a wholesale change after the break// Benfica Team in 2nd Half: Samuel S., João Victor, L. Veríssimo, Tomás Araújo, Mihailo, Florentino, Chiquinho, João Mário, Aursnes, Schjelderup and Musa.
We are now just 15 minutes away and it looks like Benfica will run away with the victory at the Estadio Do Algarve. Poor outing again for Al Nassr against a European club. They lost 5-0 against Celta de Vigo in the last match.
Goaaaaaal!! It is a goal for Benfica. A shot from the left side was saved by the Al Nassr keeper but the rebound is slotted in by young Andreas Schjelderup.
Anderson Talisca came close to score the 2nd for Al Nassr, but in the end only manages to hit his acrobatic effort over the goal. It is still a 2 goal lead for Benfica.
Joao Mario commits a foul on Ghanam. There is a friendly exchange of words between them after that. Al Nassr have so far failed to reduce the deficit. Benfica have lost their attacking edge a bit with the departures of Angel Di Maria, Goncalo Ramos.
There were shouts of a handball from Al Nassr but to no avail. They could only manage a corner and it is wasted. Al Nassr are doing better in the last few minutes.
More defending for Al Nassr. A grounded cross was fizzed in but somehow kept out by an onrushing Al Nassr defender.
Cristiano Ronaldo has so far been a passenger. He has had no influence at all but showed his class in the solitary goal that Al Nassr scored. The Saudi club will have to involve the 38-year-old more in the match.
Anderson Talisca tries to work something but is quickly closed out by a couple of Benfica players. Al Nassr are struggling to cope up with the pace of the match and a frustrated Talisca commits a bad foul. Poor foul by Talisca earns him a yellow card.
Joao Mario has started to pull the strings on the right hand side. Al Nassr players are struggling to keep up with him. But still nothing significant in attack has happened in the second half as we approach the 53rd minute.
A decent cross was sent in by the Benfica left back, but it had no one to touch home in as the ball went across the Al Nassr goal. Positive start again by the home side.
Here is some Cristiano Ronaldo for you. This is the Portuguese player storming off at the end of first half.

Benfica have started on the front foot again but it seems there is a foul on Al Nassr's Amri by a Benfica player in the first minute.
Angel Di Maria, Goncalo Ramos are taken off by Benfica. Joao Mario is among the players who have come on. It looks like a host of changes have been made. Al Nassr have kept on both Cristiano Ronaldo and Marcelo Brozovic. Can the pair weave some magic?
Here is the 2nd Goncalo Ramos goal for you. It was poor from the Al Nassr players but the finish was exquisite.

Take a look at the half time stats here. The overwhelming dominance of Benfica is quite visible. 11 shots for Benfica compared to Al Nassr's 4. Also 23 attack moves for the home team while the Saudi side could manage only 7 of them.
Here is the first goal which Goncalo Ramos scored to make it 2-0 for Benfica. Excellent chipped finish over the keeper and the ball had enough pace to trickle behind the line. We had to wait for some time, but in the end, the goal was given.

That was a goal which came from a Benfica mistake and came against the momentum for the Portuguese giants. But it surely will be a moment to savour for Khalid.

It has been a pulsating performance from Benfica who have dominated in every department. They will be disappointed as they conceded the late goal, but we can expect more of the same in the 2nd half. Or will Cristiano Ronaldo's side stage a comeback? Stay tuned for the 2nd half coverage.
Its half time and Benfica have absolutely dominated it. The Portuguese club lead 3-1 and have been the best side by far in the first 45 minutes. Al Nassr will have some inspiration with the late goal but they still have a mountain to climb in the next 45 mintues.
Goaaaaal!! Al Nassr have got one goal back. Something for them to bank on in the second half. The goal comes completely against the run of play but it was a decent goal by Khalid.
Goaaaal!! Another dagger in the Al Nassr heart as Goncalo Ramos doubles his tally. It was horrific play at the back as an attempted pass was cut off by a Benfica player. Ramos gets the ball and puts it past the Al Nassr keeper with a venomous right-footed shot. It is looking done and dusted already.
Cristiano Ronaldo got a huge opportunity to half the deficit but he failed to hit the target. It was a good opportunity and the Portugal international is not happy with himself.
The VAR has deemed it onside and the goal is given by the technology. Goncalo Ramos was at the right side of the line/ Benfica are up by 2 goals and you can see a frustrated Cristiano Ronaldo shaking his head in disappointment.
There is fresh confusion. It looks like Goncalo Ramos was just off side when the ball was played to him. VAR is checking it.
