Anthony Gordon has committed to Newcastle United by signing a new long-term contract. Previously linked with a potential move to Liverpool, the winger has decided to stay at St. James' Park. Since joining from Everton in January 2023, Gordon has made 74 appearances for Newcastle across all competitions and was named the club's Player of the Season last term.

Gordon has been a key player for Newcastle, scoring 15 goals and providing 11 assists in various competitions. His performance on the field is notable, as only Kieran Trippier and Bruno Guimaraes have created more chances for the team since his debut. This season, he has scored twice in the Premier League, with Harvey Barnes being the only player with more goals.
