London, July 2016: Chelsea FC manager Antonio Conte has suggested that Colombian Juan Cuadrado is a Chelsea player and will definitely join the club this summer.
Cuadrado joined Chelsea in 2015 January. The then Blues manager Jose Mourinho did not give him enough starts and in the beginning of the 2015/16 season he was sent to Juventus on loan.
The Colombian has netted four goals and notched six assists in 28 Serie A games for the Italian champions which has caught the eyes of Antonio Conte.
Conte's debut match as a Chelsea manager did not start on a high as the English giants lost 0-2 against little known side Rapid Vienna on Saturday (Juloy 16).
He had fielded some of the best players of the Chelsea squad which inlcudes Diego Costa, John Terry, Branislav Ivanovic, Willian etc. But that did not help as they went down to an embarassing defeat.
About Cuadrado's return to Stamford Bridge, the Blues manager said: "Juan Cuadrado is a Chelsea player. He will come back very soon. He's in our squad, I'm very happy to have him and train him.
"I wanted him when I was a coach at Juventus and he will come back very soon and train and play with us. Now, he's a Chelsea player and he'll stay with us. If something changes you'll know."
Cuadrado will immense competition from the likes Eden Hazard, Willian and Oscar in the starting XI.
