London, July 28: Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has revealed that Spurs striker Harry Kane is the striker of his dreams and has also admitted that Chelsea make a failed attempt to sign Kyle Walker from Spurs this summer who eventually moved to Manchester City.

Conte has named Kane as the forward he would most want to sign for the Premier League champions, claiming the Tottenham Hotspur star would be worth “at least £100 million" in today's inflated transfer market.

The Italian also suggested that the club has no plans to launch an ambitious move for Kane even though he absolutely loves the Spurs talisman.
The England international has won the Golden Boot for the last two seasons, helping Mauricio Pochettino's team finish third and second respectively. He was a major force behind Spurs' title challenge in the last two campaigns and Conte reckons the Lilywhites as title credentials yet again.
Conte's comments in Singapore, during the club's pre-season tour of Asia, came in less than 24 hours after Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho also tipped Spurs as possible title winners.
“Tottenham is a really good squad if they are able to keep all the players of their squad," said Conte.
“For me, Kane, now, is one of the best strikers in the world.
“If I had to buy one striker I would go to Kane. He is a complete striker. He is strong physically, with the ball, without the ball, he fights and he's strong in the air and acrobatic on the right and the left. He's a complete player. He's one of the top strikers in the world."
“If you go to buy Kane now it would be at least £100m. At least. For me, if I see this price for a striker I know for sure he's a big striker."
“Dele Alli is another top player, young. Tottenham is a really good team if they are able to keep the same squad as last season."
