Noni Madueke believes Arsenal can achieve a Premier League and Champions League double this season. Despite a recent setback against Aston Villa, which narrowed their league lead to two points, Arsenal rebounded with a 3-0 win over Club Brugge. Madueke scored twice, and Gabriel Martinelli also found the net, maintaining their perfect Champions League record.

Arsenal's impressive start in the Champions League is notable as they are only the fourth English team to win their first six matches in a campaign. This feat was previously achieved by Liverpool in 2021-22 and 2024-25, and Manchester City in 2023-24. Madueke has made history by scoring his first three goals for Arsenal in the European Cup/Champions League.

Madueke expressed confidence in Arsenal's potential during an interview with TNT Sports. "We're fighting on all fronts," he said. "I feel like we can win this competition and win the league, that has to be the aim." He emphasised the team's unity and collective effort as key factors in their success.

Opta's supercomputer gives Arsenal a 95.2% chance of winning the league phase and ranks them as favourites for the Champions League title with a 23.3% probability. This statistical backing adds weight to Madueke's optimism about Arsenal's prospects this season.

Madueke aims to consistently contribute decisively for both club and country. "I think the bare minimum I need to give to my team is threat," he stated. He hopes to maintain his scoring form from Europe into domestic matches, highlighting his ambition to reach new performance levels.

Martinelli has also been outstanding, becoming the first Arsenal player since Thierry Henry in April 2000 to score in five consecutive Champions League games. His performances have been crucial for Arsenal's European campaign this season.
