Arsenal have officially launched its pre-season preparations at the newly renamed Sobha Realty Training Centre, marking the beginning of an intense summer aimed at ending a five-year trophy drought.
The Gunners shared a gallery of images from the first day of training on X and other social media handles, offering fans a glimpse into the squad's return to action.

However, the photos have sparked discussions about which players were present and who might be missing as the team gears up for a crucial season ahead.
The training session, held on Wednesday, featured several familiar faces hitting the ground running. The key stars such as Martin Ødegaard, William Saliba and Bukayo Saka were among those captured in action. Apart from that, the new signings Kepa Arrizabalaga and Martin Zubimendi were also seen in action with their new club.
Notably, defender William Saliba was seen participating, despite a hamstring concern from the end of the last season, suggesting a potential recovery ahead of the Asia tour starting July 19, 2025. Additionally, academy graduate Karl Hein, who recently signed a new contract, was spotted as well.
The session included a mix of gym tests and on-field drills, with players donning the latest training gear. The presence of these key figures indicates a strong core returning, bolstered by the club's recent strategic moves, including the long-term partnership with Sobha Realty, which has rebranded the training facility and aims to enhance its development prospects.
However, the absence of several high-profile players has raised eyebrows among fans. Jurrien Timber, who underwent ankle surgery following an injury during the European campaign, was conspicuously missing, though there is optimism he could return for the pre-season tour. Gabriel Magalhaes, who also underwent hamstring surgery late last season, was not featured in the initial images, casting doubt on his availability for the early stages of pre-season. Gabriel Jesus was also not observed in the images while the likes of Raheem Sterling, Neto were not seen as they have already left the club following the conclusion of their loan deal.
