Arsenal were held at home by a sturdy Fulham side who scored late to salvage a 2-2 draw on Saturday (August 26). Drawing against 10-man Fulham has put a dent in Arsenal's early spring in the season, and there may well be further bad news for them.
According to reports, Gunners striker Eddie Nketiah has suffered a knee injury in the match.

Nketiah came on as a substitute and made a fantastic impact in the game. The striker scored a goal in the 72nd minute to give the North London club a 2-1 lead as they came back from conceding a first-minute goal.
Nketiah, who mostly has been a sporadic character at Arsenal, looks likely to have a bigger impact this season. The England youth international has already scored two league goals, but a potential injury can be a big blow for both him and the club.
Twitter user @AFCAmden, who is known for his Arsenal insights, tweeted about a potential injury that Eddie Nketiah might have picked up at the Emirates on Saturday.
"Understand Eddie picked up a knee injury today. Will be assessed in the next few days but 'hopefully nothing serious'", the user wrote after Arsenal's match against Fulham.
The Gunners have been marred with injuries and knee has been one of the most common areas in their injury list. Jurrien Timber recently damaged his ACL and looks set to be sidelined for most part of the season. Gabriel Jesus also required a minor surgery after a recurring knee injury earlier in the season.
But MyKhel can confirm there is no such panic in the Arsenal camp regarding Nketiah's injury as it looks like a minor one. The player even spoke to the Arsenal media after the match and was disgruntled with the result.
"We had good parts and parts we could've done better. I think we gave away two sloppy goals, which you can't do at this level," Nketiah said in a post-match interview.
It looks unlikely that Eddie Nketiah will miss any match for his latest knee niggle. With Manchester United coming next week, the England youth international will be raring to go. He scored the late winner against the Red Devils at the Emirates last season in Arsenal's 3-2 victory.
The club will have an assessment in the coming days and we may get a clearer report on that, but the initial examination is optimistic for Nketiah and the club.
