Arsenal: Kai Havertz, Ben White create milestone moment in Sheffield United Rout

Arsenal continued their royal form with another scintillating performance in the Premier League, this time at the expense of Sheffield United.

Mikel Arteta's men registered a 6-0 thumping win at Bramall Lane against the bottom club, thus becoming the first team to score 5 or more goals in three consecutive Premier League matches.

Martin Odegaard put the Gunners in front within 4 minutes, which was doubled soon by an own goal. Gabriel Martinelli, Kai Havertz and Declan Rice scored three more as the Gunners were flying 5-0 at half time. Ben White then scored with a sumptuous left-footed finish to complete the scoreline.

Amid the plethora of records that the North London team shattered at Sheffield, Kai Havertz and Ben White put their names in the history books after scoring milestone goals.

Kai Havertz scores 1,50,000th Top-Flight Goal

Kai Havertz's goal was the 1,50,000th goal in English top-flight's history. The German forward had a goal and also set up Ben White for his goal, taking his total G+A (Goals + Assists) tally to 10 in the Premier League.

Ben White scores 10,000th Arsenal Goal

Ben White, Arsenal's dynamic right-back, also got his name on the score sheet with a superb finish in the second half. And White's goal is Arsenal's 10,000th goal in their history. The Gunners have now netted 7,193 top-division goals at an average of 1.67 goals per game.

Arsenal also became the first team to score two or more goals in eight consecutive halves of a match. The win keeps Mikel Arteta's men within touching distance of league leaders Liverpool. The North London club will now face Brentford in their next Premier League match on Saturday (March 9).
