Arsenal Transfer News: Two players leave Gunners on loan and permanent deals

Arsenal have announced the departure of two players on Thursday (August 3). The North London club confirmed a couple of players leaving, one on a permanent transfer and the other on loan.

Arsenal have made three acquisitions in the summer as Kai Havertz, Declan Rice and Jurrien Timber have joined the club. With further inclusions tipped, it is important for them to clear out some of the fringe players. And the club have now managed to sell one player.

Arsenal see Auston Trusty

Arsenal announced the departure of Auston Trusty on a permanent transfer to Sheffield United. The 24-year-old defender joined the North London club from MLS side Colorado Rapids last year, but has now left the club on a deal.

The USA defender joined Birmingham City on loan and made 48 appearances in all competitions. And now he joins the Blades on a £5 million deal.

Mika Biereth joins Motherwell on Loan

Arsenal's young striker Mika Biereth has joined Scottish club Motherwell on loan. The Denmark youth international joined the club in 2021 from Fulham and has been a top-notch player for the U-23s.

He is yet to make any senior debut for the Gunners and will be hoping to have a decent season at the Scottish club. The Danish player was loaned at Eredivisie side RKC Waalwijk last season where scored 2 goals in 13 appearances.
