The 2024 Bandodkar Trophy, also known as the 2024 Bhausaheb Bandodkar Memorial Trophy, marks its 23rd edition and the second since its revival.
It is a football tournament organized by the Goa Football Association, and the 2024 edition will see some top teams participating in it.

The tournament has started from August 24 and it will continue till September 6. All the matches of the tournament will be played at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Fatorda.
This year's tournament will see participation from eight clubs. These include teams from the Indian Super League, the I-League, and the Goa Pro League. Additionally, international teams from the A-League Men and the Argentine Primera Division will also compete. The 8 teams are divided into two groups-
Group A: FC Goa, Sporting Clube de Goa, Brisbane Roar, Dempo SC
Group B: Churchill Brothers, Odisha FC, Chennaiyin FC, Defensa y Justicia
