Bangladesh Football Premier League 2023-24 Points Table: The Bangladeshi football landscape is once again abuzz with excitement as the 2023-24 season of the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) kicks off, marking the 16th iteration of the league since its inception in 2007.
The competition this season has begun on December 22, 2023 and features 10 football clubs vying for the prestigious title. The current champions, Bashundhara Kings, are looking to defend their crown after clinching an impressive fourth consecutive title in the previous season, setting a new benchmark in the league's history.

Brothers Union have made a much-anticipated return to the country's premier football competition after a two-year hiatus. On the other hand, Gopalganj Sporting Club was poised to make their maiden appearance in the BPL. But Gopalganj SC withdrew their registration citing financial shortages.
Their promotion came at the expense of Muktijoddha Sangsad KC and AFC Uttara, both of whom faced the disappointment of relegation. Muktijoddha Sangsad KC, in particular, faced a significant downturn, experiencing relegation for the first time since the league's inception in 2007, while AFC Uttara concluded their brief one-year tenure in the top division.
