The football world was shocked to hear the reports of PSG meeting the release clause of Neymar a few days back and the move could very well happen according to the French media, which has reportedly made Barcelona planning for life without one of their best players.

According to the Daily Mail, PSG are "growing confident" of wrapping up a deal for Neymar worth an astonishing £196 million. Consequently, Barcelona are said to be considering potential reinforcements, with Mbappe and Verratti on the club's radar.
If Neymar were to move to PSG, it'd be a major coup for the Ligue 1 side and it would go down in the history books as the biggest transfer ever in football history.
Neymar's father and representatives of the French club will soon hold further discussions about the possible switch. And those tied to PSG are reportedly keeping calm and confident on the prospect of signing Neymar.
Meanwhile, Spanish media claim that Barcelona have identified Monaco sensation Kylian Mbappe as the perfect replacement for Neymar, if the latter leaves the club. The French teenager had stunned the whole world last season with his performance at Monaco and is very much in-demand this summer.
Marco Verratti, meanwhile, is a long-term target of Barcelona and the Catalans are likely to make a huge offer for the Italian should Neymar move to Parc des Princes.
However, Neymar is one of the very best players in the world and has what it takes to change a game on his own and it is not easy to replace such an immense talent and the brand value the Brazilian possesses.
