Bengaluru FC vs Inter Kashi Match Result: Kalinga Super Cup 2024 Group D Round 3 match between Bengaluru FC and Inter Kashi ended a 1-1 draw at the Kalinga Stadium Pitch 1 in Bhubaneswar on Monday (January 22).
New I-League entrant Inter Kashi took an early lead through Edmund Lalrindika in the 15th minute and went on the defensive mode to defend the slender lead. Javi Hernandez scored the hard-fought equaliser close to the hour mark.

Edmund, a midfielder on loan from Bengaluru FC, had a moment of absolute brilliance in the to remind his parent club of his abilities. After gaining possession of the ball on the left side of the box, he twisted, spun, and cut past three defenders before curling a finish beyond Sahil's frantic dive to the far post.
If Javi Hernandez and Halicharan Narzary had been more composed at the opposite end of the field, Bengaluru may have quickly equalised. Soon after, the former erred by swinging a header high, and the latter blasted wide from a close angle.
Bengaluru nearly had an equalizer ten minutes after Sahil made a great save from close range in the 22nd minute to keep Bengaluru in the game. Ashish Jha created an almost perfect reproduction of Kashi's objective, but he missed the mark.
In the second half, Bengaluru's efforts to get back to even-numbered increased in intensity as Hernandez, Roshan Singh, and Jha all came dangerously close. Bengaluru eventually leveled the score in the 58th minute when Hernandez calmly hammered in a penalty. Both teams had plenty of opportunities to win the game in the last quarter, but they had to settle for their first points of the Kalinga Super Cup 2024.
