Andrea Cambiaso has addressed rumours linking him to AC Milan and Manchester City, stating he has no intention of leaving Juventus. The adaptable defender is contracted with Juventus until 2029. Despite recent reports suggesting a potential move, Cambiaso remains committed to the Turin club. Last season, he was pivotal for Igor Tudor's team, featuring in 42 matches and contributing two goals and four assists.
Cambiaso emphasised his dedication to Juventus for the upcoming season, despite Manchester City's reported interest. "I haven't received any call, maybe my agents have," Cambiaso told Gazzetta dello Sport regarding his future. He added, "The only certain thing in life is death, but I'm happy here." Cambiaso also mentioned that although he hasn't spoken directly with Tudor, he feels valued by both the club and coach.

This commitment will likely please Tudor, who hopes Cambiaso will remain a key player for the 2025-26 season. Among Juventus players last season, only Manuel Locatelli surpassed Cambiaso's 38 tackles. In terms of assists, only Khephren Thuram, Dusan Vlahovic (both five), and Kenan Yildiz (six) outperformed him. Their collective efforts helped Juventus secure a fourth-place finish in Serie A.
Tudor's influence was significant as he guided the team through challenging times without room for experimentation. "When the coach arrived, the goal was to qualify for the Champions League," Cambiaso noted. He praised Tudor's focus on mental strength during difficult periods. With a new contract extension until 2027, Tudor aims to build on this success with a full preseason to work on tactics.
Juventus are set to face Al-Ain in their Club World Cup opener on Thursday. Cambiaso admitted uncertainty about what to expect from this debut experience but expressed excitement about participating in such an event. "We don't even know ourselves because it's the first time," he said. Despite feeling tired from their efforts so far, Cambiaso highlighted the joy of playing football as their profession.
The upcoming season presents an opportunity for Juventus to further develop under Tudor's leadership. With a preseason dedicated to tactical improvements and a strong squad including players like Cambiaso, they aim to achieve more success domestically and internationally.
