The Carabao Cup Round 4 draw happened on Wednesday. The Carabao Cup, which is also known as EFL Cup, has concluded the Round 3 and the final 16 clubs across the English tiers have advanced to the 4th round of the cup competition.
16 clubs will take part in Round 4 and there are 10 Premier League clubs in it.

In Round 3, holders Manchester United saw off Crystal Palace with a dominant 3-0 victory, while third-division club Exeter City stunned the Premier League boys Luton Town with a superb victory.
Arsenal got a hard-fought 1-0 victory against Brentford, while Liverpool came from behind to secure a 3-1 victory over Leicester City. Chelsea won against Brighton while Everton won away at Aston Villa. The shock of the round came at St. James' Park as Newcastle United defeated Man City.
Manchester United will be taking on Newcastle United in a repeat of last season's final. Arsenal will be away at West Ham, while Liverpool will travel to Bournemouth. Chelsea, on the other hand, are going to host Blackburn Rovers.
There are four all-Premier League ties in the 4th round. Apart from the aforementioned three, Everton taking on Burnley is the other match involving two top-tier clubs.
All the 4th Round matches of the Carabao Cup will be played in the week commencing October 30.
