Carabao Cup Round 3 Draw LIVE - How is the Draw different?

This season's Carabao Cup 3rd Round draw will be conducted in two stages. The first involves teams in the Champions League and Europa League placed in Bowl One, while the other 26 sides go into Bowl Two.

Teams like Manchester City, Arsenal, Manchester United, Tottenham, Liverpool, and Aston Villa cannot be drawn against each other in this round. They are pre-drawn to determine home or away status and separated into six different ties.

Chelsea is also in European competition but is currently between legs in their qualifying campaign. Therefore, they won't be included with other European teams for this draw.

From the Round 4, the draw will return to its original routine.
