The UEFA Champions League group stage draw will start soon.
UEFA President Ceferin believes Cristiano Ronaldo may come back to play in Europe again.

Cristiano Ronaldo is being felicitated for being the all-time leading goalscorer.
Gianluigi Buffon is the UEFA President's Award Winner.
The Group Stage draw programme has started. We are still some time away from the main draw.
Cristiano Ronaldo is also set to be present at the UCL draw today. He will be felicitated by Uefa for scoring a maximum number of Champions League goals and several other records.
We are around half an hour away from the start of the draw. Last season, it was Real Madrid who were crowned the UEFA Champions League winners as they beat Borussia Dortmund in the final. Dani Carvajal and Vinicius Jr. scored in the 2-0 win for the Spanish giants.
Each team will play eight matches against different opponents to determine who advances to the knockout phase. The top eight teams from the league stage will proceed directly to the round of 16. Teams ranked 9-16 will compete in two-legged knockout matches to fill the remaining spots. The knockout rounds will consist of home and away matches, culminating in a single-leg final.
The final match is set for May 31, 2025, in Munich. This new structure aims to make the competition more inclusive, giving more teams a chance to qualify for the knockout stages.
A computer program will conduct the draw to ensure fairness, with teams divided into pots based on their seeding. This method guarantees impartiality and maintains competitive balance throughout the tournament.
