The referee blows the halftime whistle soon after as an entertaining first half ends with two goals and plenty of action to keep the fans engaged! It was debut goal by Alex Disasi that cancelled the opening Liverpool goal by Luis Diaz in the 18th minute! The teams head into break level at 1-1!
45+6' Brilliant cross into the box by Raheem Sterling after Chukwuemeka sparked an attack from the midfield! Ben Chilwell lacked the pace to reach the delivery as the chance goes begging for Chelsea!

In the pre-season friendlies, Liverpool notably defeated Leicester City 4-0 before losing 3-4 to German giants Bayern Munich. The club visited Germany to play further three local sides, winning two of them while drawing one.
