Chelsea vs Liverpool Live Streaming in India, Premier League: It's the biggest clash of the opening weekend of the EPL 2023-24 season as Chelsea take on Liverpool in an all-star clash at Stamford Bridge in London on Sunday (August 13). The match starts at 15:30 PM GMT (9:00 PM India time).

Both sides will be looking to leave behind their unforgettable run from the last season as Chelsea, under their new US owners, finished an alarming 12th on the points table, just 10 points above the relegation zone. Liverpool had a better season than their London rivals but had little to celebrate as they finished outside the Champions League spots at fifth.

The Jurgen Klopp-managed club side played five pre-season games in the build-up to the opening match, notably defeating Leicester City 4-0 before losing 3-4 to German giants Bayern Munich. The club visited Germany to play further three local sides, winning two of them while drawing one.

Liverpool, who will feature in the Europa League this season, made transfer movements by letting go of key stars in Fabinho and captain Jordan Henderson. The English side brought in midfield replacements in Dominik Szoboszlai and Alexis Mac Allister.

Chelsea, on the other hand, have a change in guard as they signed a manager of repute in Mauricio Pochettino after a failed stint of Frank Lampard and Graham Potter under the ownership of Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital.

Further cash was spent on buying new players Christopher Nkunku, Nicolas Jackson, Axel Disasi, Robert Sanchez, and Lesley Ugochukwu. The London outfit travelled to the USA to play in the inaugural Premier League Championship and defeated Brighton (4-3), Fulham (2-0) while drawing with Newcastle United and Borussia Dortmund (both 1-1). They also defeated Wrexham 5-0 in the Florida Cup final.
