London, Apr.14 (ANI): Chelsea defender Ricardo Carvalho has warned Liverpool that the Blues have the mental strength to see off Rafa Benitez's men and roar into the Champions League semi-finals.
Guus Hiddink's side have a 3-1 first-leg lead but have endured a turbulent season. Carvalho, though, reckons the Blues are better for coming through the bad times.
"We are always improving. We had some problems in previous months but we have become stronger for it. Now we're in good shape and want to win this competition," The Sun quoted him, as saying.helsea will be without suspended captain John Terry, so Alex will line up alongside Carvalho in the centre of defence.
The two last played together in an FA Cup tie against Ipswich in January and have just one other game in the same team this season.
Kop keeper Pepe Reina reckons that if anyone can overturn Blues' 3-1 lead, it is Liverpool. (ANI)
