Bengaluru, December 2: Serie A and Premier League clubs are on red alert after reports have emerged that Sevilla midfielder Steven N'Zonzi has had a fallout with manager Eduardo Berizzo.

The French midfielder was called off at halftime a week ago against Liverpool as his side were 3-0 down. The Spanish side eventually made a comeback with a stunning 3-3 draw to salvage a point. However reports later have emerged that N'Zonzi had a heated fight with manager Berizzo during the break and he left the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan Stadium annoyed.

Since the incident, the French midfielder has been training on his own away from the team and has been left out of the squads for the comeback win against Villarreal as well as the triumph over second-level FC Cartagena in the Copa del Rey.

Now as per reports, the midfielder has again been overlooked from the Sevilla squad for their La Liga game on Sunday and according to Spanish media AS, the midfielder is now ready to move from the club as he believes his relationship with his manager is irreparable.

Manager Berizzo, however, remained coy on the matter when was asked about N'Zonzi’s situation but suggested that the decision is purely based on technical purpose.

"It is still the same decision. It is a technical decision. We do not have anything specific with him - he is one player in the squad, and when we think it is convenient, he can return to the squad."

The 28-year-old earlier was heavily linked with a move away from the Spanish club last summer with Juventus, Arsenal and Leicester interested. He has a contract until 2020 however with so much tension in between the manager and player, it looks much likely that a January transfer is blooming at the doorstep.
