Como Secures Alvaro Morata On Loan From AC Milan For Summer Season

Alvaro Morata has joined Como on loan from AC Milan. Initially, he was to play for Galatasaray in the first half of the 2025-26 season, but that agreement was cancelled by mutual consent to facilitate his move to Como. Morata's career includes stints at Real Madrid, Chelsea, and Atletico Madrid, with notable experience in Italy's Serie A through Juventus.

Morata has played 146 Serie A matches for Juventus and Milan, scoring 40 goals and assisting 28 times. His achievements include two Serie A titles, a Coppa Italia win, two Champions League victories with Madrid, and a Europa League title at Chelsea. At Como, he becomes the club's 12th summer signing alongside players like Jesus Rodriguez and Nicolas-Gerrit Kuhn.

The deal with Como is a loan with an obligation to buy. Morata expressed his excitement about joining the Italian side. "I'm really happy to have arrived in Como," he shared on the club's website.
