Cristiano Ronaldo's bed on which he slept at a hotel in a recent international friendly is set to be auctioned.
Football memorabilia collectors are in for a treat as the Slovenian hotel Grand Plaza announced the auction for Cristiano Ronaldo's bed.

The Grand Plaza Hotel in Ljubljana, where the Portugal national team stayed for a recent friendly match, is auctioning off the very bed legendary Portuguese striker Cristiano Ronaldo slept in.
The hotel announced this initiative following Portugal's game in Ljubljana. What makes this auction stand out is its charitable angle. All proceeds will be directed towards a noble cause, adding a philanthropic touch to this unique event. The hotel spokesperson highlighted the rarity of this offering, labelling it a "special and unique event" for fans.
"We don't know when we'll have the chance to host Ronaldo in Slovenia again. At a special auction, we will offer the bed in which the star Cristiano Ronaldo slept at our place. We wish everyone good luck and successful participation in the event," the hotel spokesperson said.
The Grand Plaza Hotel in Slovenia's capital has set an asking price with a starting bid set at 4300 euros, which is approx Rs. 3.86 lakh in Indian currency.
This auction has captured the attention of football enthusiasts and collectors globally. The thought of owning the bed used by one of football's greatest players is compelling. Moreover, the charitable purpose behind the auction enhances its appeal, allowing fans to contribute to a good cause while possibly owning a piece of football history.
Ronaldo's Portugal fell to a 2-0 defeat in that match against Slovenia as the Portugal stalwart played the full ninety minutes. He is currently trading his plies superbly at Al Nassr, where he scored a hat-trick in the last match against Abha.
