The comment has garnered over 4.6 million likes, setting a new record for the most-liked Instagram comment. It has been growing since Ronaldo's comment and may cross 5 million in coming hours.

This achievement is not surprising, given Ronaldo's massive social media presence. The former Manchester United star has 631 million followers on Instagram. This makes him the most followed individual on the platform, with a follower count larger than the population of most countries.
