The 19-year-old has signed for fourth tier Spanish Club Palamos CF (Tercera Nacional division) which is the oldest football club in Catalonia and third oldest in Spain.
This is the first time in 120 years of the club's history that they have signed a player of Indian Origin.

Luv who is a defensive midfielder by trade has not represented India at any youth level till now but had turned in countries like England and France giving trails to various clubs and academies. And during the process, a while back he joined 'Perfect Football', a Spanish Football academy that trains young players and helps footballers to play in European Leagues through trials and training opportunities with the European Clubs.
The academy arranged a trail for Luv for the fourth division side and reportedly after the seeing the promise of the player the Spanish player decided to sign the player and Indian football's governing body AIFF processed all the transfer arrangements for the player.
After signing for the side, the Delhi boy expressed his joy and said that he wants to improve his game to join a better top division Spanish side in future and also hopes to play in India for an ISL/I-League club.
At a press conference in Spain Luv said, "I am very happy with this experience. I want to help the team achieve their goals."
Apart from Luv, the Spanish academy also currently have another Indian origin player in their ranks, Ishaan Sahi who is also training with the fourth division side and also playing the league for a local club Calonge (Tercera Catalana). However, he has not penned down any deal as of yet with any side.
