Deloitte Football Money League: Top 10 richest football clubs in the world

Deloitte Football Money League furnished a new list of the most richest Football clubs in the world and to top the list is the ten times UEFA Champion winner Real Madrid, for the 10th consecutive year, with a revenue of £549.5m. Manchester United climbed to the second spot whereas FC Barcelona is no longer in the top three.

Real Madrid saw an increase in their revenue growth to 6%, where their annual turnover for the year 2012-13 was £518.9m.

However, the highest risers in the top 10 list were Manchester United, who recorded a 24 % increase. Despite a poor campaign on the pitch last season, United jumped two places up the list as they become the second highest earning football club in the world with revenue of £518 million. United's annual turnover for the year 2012-13 was £423.8m.

Real Madrid's rival Barcelona have dropped from second to fourth this year as their revenues fell to £484.6m in 2013-14, with German giants Bayern Munich staying second with turnover of £487.5m.

After Paris Saint-Germain fifth (£474.2m), come Premier League powerhouses Manchester City (£414.4m), Chelsea (£387.9m), Arsenal (£359.3m), Liverpool (£305.9m) and Juventus, an Italian club in the 10th position with a turnover of £279.4m.
